About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Analyst to support our Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience in data entry or analyst roles, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate employee and team data across systems, producing operational reports, and supporting data-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile discrepancy reports related to employee roles, team assignments, and system records
  • Validate data accuracy across platforms including ServiceNow WFM, Magnit, Workday, and Adaptive Planning
  • Generate and maintain reports for headcount tracking, team metrics, and financial planning
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring accurate role and team assignments
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Engineering Operations teams to resolve data inconsistencies
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for manual reconciliations and data corrections
  • Assist in vendor and contractor data validation and reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data operations, reporting, or analyst roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and graphs)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with ServiceNow WFM and Magnit platforms is a plus
