Job Description:
Sr Desktop Systems Engineer accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds. The resource is responsible for the M365 client suite
design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment and update mechanisms. The role requires extensive technical capabilities as well as the ability to work with a team of technical professionals in a high paced environment.

5+ years of experience with
Microsoft 365 administration, particularly in the areas of MDM, MAM, and device

Certifications:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
- MDM/MAM Implementation & Management: Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/MAM solutions) for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).
- Device Policy Management: Develop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devices.
- Application Management: Manage the lifecycle of M365 applications and other business apps on mobile devices, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related services for end-users and other IT teams.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to mobile device management and data protection.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor the performance of the MDM/MAM environment and optimize configurations for efficiency and stability.
- Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and other IT teams.
- Collaboration
- Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and support for mobile device management.
Qualifications:

- Familiarity with security policies, identity and access management, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for device management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Agile Practices
Certifications:
