Please let me know if you're comfortable with the position detailed below. This position is an urgent hire.

Location: Seattle , WA ----- Remote

Duration : 9-10 months

Candidate will need to manage the POS lab.

Should have experience with POS systems, imaging, networking capabilities.

Linux and windows OS.

It is more on the networking / POS side.

They do testing as required.

1. Testing new coffeehouse software releases and fixes.

2. Evaluating coffeehouse tech proof-of-concept projects such as NGPOS running on Linux OS.

3. Analyzing and reproducing technology issues reported from stores.

4. Providing a safe environment for technical support teams to conduct training.

5. Supporting mobile device testing with dependencies on working Wi-Fi/SML capabilities.

6. Supporting robust workflow, system integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing environments.

7. Publishing and maintaining lab layout birds-eye (AKA top view) to identify store set-up, purpose of each store, and active user(s)

8. Implement an Asset / Inventory Mgmt tool to 1/ ensure we have an accurate, viewable (by anyone with a Starbucks domain) count of inventory of all hardware assets used in the lab 2/ helps us track if test stores are being used and can flag inactivity 3/ identify if a test store is available for use or checked out
