Job Details

The primary purpose of the IT Lead Business Process Analyst position is to lead, design, develop/configure, test and implement and business software solutions that enable strong business operations at JM. This position acts as the primary liaison to the internal stakeholder groups to analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements to drive process improvement and business value through organization.

Your Day to Day:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of business software performance
  • Manage large, complex project budget, timelines, communications, and deliverables
  • Drive process improvements, understanding end-to-end business processes and integration points of systems
  • Design, configure, test and manage the change management process to implement necessary system updates.
  • Determine requirements and plan internal and external resources in developing and supporting software enhancements and modifications per established standards
  • Work with other process teams to implement integrated business solutions
  • May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of applied technical/configuration experience in SAP or other ERP system and/or manufacturing systems and technologies and a minimum of 7 years of experience working with the Procure to Pay function.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to indirectly manage internal and external resources while maintaining accountability for quality, cost and timely completion per business requirements
  • Effective project, budget, and cost management skills
  • Proven technical/functional authority and technical mentor to others
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, written and negotiation communication skills
  • Fundamental working knowledge of process manufacturing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Moderate travel required (11 - 29 days per year)
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting
