Helpdesk Systems Analyst (JD Edwards)
Full-time, Direct-hire
100% onsite in Cold Spring, MN
Salary range: $62k to $74k DOE with full benefits, profit sharing

JOB SUMMARY:
The Helpdesk Systems Analyst will support users for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (ERP). You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve existing computer systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide helpdesk assistance to users of JD Edwards ERP and respond to level 1 support issues
- Provide Quality Assurance and testing for JDE and and custom business software
- Work with end users to clarify business requirements for IT
- Write detailed documentation with descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to modify systems and programs
- Study existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness; help develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required
- Aud the transactions in various systems
Qualifications include:
- Experience supporting ERP systems; JDE is preferred but will consider other systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
- Experience provide helpdesk support to users
- Experience using Jira or similar software management tools
- Knowledge or experience with software QA, testing, analysis, and support
