Job Details

Candidate must have experience in training multiple modules within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), and candidate must be able to articulate information related to module training during the interview. Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM is not equivalent and will not be considered. Preference will be given to trainers with Texas state agency PeopleSoft (branded CAPPS HR/Payroll) training experience. This is a hybrid remote position as some in-office work to conduct training classes may be required. Candidate must reside in Texas, preferably in Austin.

Required Skills:

  1. 8 years experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific module training development.
  2. 8 years experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained.
  3. 8 years experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules. Candidate should be prepared to discuss which modules they have created
  4. 8 years experience organizing curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based.
  5. 8 years experience in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline and using teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.
  6. Preferred 2 years experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
