Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned engineer with enterprise-scale expertise in Windows OS imaging and deployment, who can lead configuration management and endpoint standardization as part of a large-scale migration from a legacy datacenter to a new infrastructure.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Lead image creation, customization, and deployment for Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 in large enterprise environments.
- Manage endpoint configuration including Group Policies, drivers, BIOS/UEFI settings, and post-imaging tasks.
- Deploy OS images across multiple devices using tools like Radia Client Automation (v10+), SCCM, or MDT.
- Coordinate mass deployment planning to ensure system integrity and device readiness.
- Collaborate with scripting engineers to embed deployment logic into automated PowerShell workflows.
- Validate image compatibility with various USB peripheral devices, ensuring drivers and integration workflows function reliably.
- Troubleshoot image rollout failures and assist in root cause analysis and resolution.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Windows OS imaging and enterprise-wide deployment
- Hands-on expertise with endpoint configuration tools and imaging pipelines
- Familiarity with Radia, or equivalent platforms like SCCM/BigFix
- Solid understanding of hardware abstraction layers, USB device provisioning, and mass deployment
