Job Description

Primary Role

• Provide Sr. Project Manager with day-to-day support and assistance for project delivery
• Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of project documentation such as project status reports, issues list, action items, meeting minutes, etc
• Work with project managers and program team to identify key performance indicators of the projects
• Maintain project financials
• Demonstrates working knowledge of and adheres to project management standards and processes

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of PMI standards
• Must have experience with OnePlan tools
• Good follow-up skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work on tasks based upon priority
• Ability to work on project management tools such as MS Project, MS Office, etc
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially collaborating and working in a team environment
• Ability to establish/maintain high level of confidence
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgencyon, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
