Role Name: Anaplan Developer
Location: Ohio City
JOB DESCRIPTION:
" Key deliverables Advisory/Support
o Upskill and train new P&C Anaplan Model Builder on P&C instance of Anaplan
o Upskill existing Model Builder support
o Assist with architecture of new Anaplan models, including but not limited to:
CL Underwriting
PL Underwriting
Farm Underwriting
Segmentation and Goal Planning
Bond/Surety Territory Management
CommAg Sales Goal Planning Metrics
o Offer guidance and feedback on Anaplan best practices, industry standards, and innovation
Required skill sets
o Architect-level skills in Anaplan (certification)
o Strong understanding of change management tactics, ability to drive detailed business requirements, and facilitate meaningful conversations
o Experience with the Nationwide Anaplan instance, structure, and related technologies
o Experience building high-capacity Anaplan models impacting planning, territory organization, and compensation
o Demonstrated ability to work with a "business-first" mentality, not "IT-first"
o Note: This is technically a business SOW, not technology
Provide expected term and payment structure (T&M)"
