Job Overview:
We are hiring Senior Java Developers to support the Empath Agent Services Platform, specifically focused on agent-facing UI applications used in Card Fraud Technology.
This role is frontend-heavy (75% UI / 25ckend) and involves building intelligent, guided workflows that help customer service agents resolve fraud-related issues efficiently.
Job Description:

1. Design, develop, and enhance frontend UI components using Java and Vue.js (Micro Frontends)
2. Build and maintain guided, intelligent workflows that prompt agents with the right questions and screens
3. Support and enhance a rules-driven UI system that determines agent workflows and decision paths
4. Develop and integrate backend services using AWS Lambda (Python) to support UI functionality
5. Work closely with team leads who define workflow decisions and development priorities
6. Troubleshoot application, AWS, and environment-related issues as needed (light DevOps exposure)
7. Support the agent UI platform used to handle fraudulent credit card transactions

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Java development experience (3-5 years preferred)
2. Strong frontend development skills (JavaScript required)
3. Vue.js experience strongly preferred (Micro Frontend experience is a plus)
4. Experience with AWS services, especially:

• AWS Lambda
• ECS / Fargate

1. Understanding ofUI-driven backend support systems(rules engines, workflow logic)
2. Ability to troubleshoot across frontend, backend, and AWS infrastructure
