Pay Range: $30 - $34/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Note- ONSITE POSITION. Schedule will start on 1st Shift; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST. After training, it will move to 2nd Shift; Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm EST. Also, position will start at Byfield, MA location and in June will move the Newburyport, MA location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the IT Support job family in a support capacity.
  • Helps configure, install, maintain and upgrade computer systems hardware and software.
  • Performs a broader set of tasks to provide operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.
  • May assist in designing, developing, testing, debugging and implementing operating systems components, software tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer sign system.
  • Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
  • Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
  • Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Technical Support.

  • Associates degree PREFERRED or HS diploma/GED and equivalent experience may be considered.

Additional Notes:

  • Day shift for training
  • Second shift job: 12 -9pm shift for the actual job (person will be by himsefl/herself on this shift)
  • 2 people on the location to provide training along with Billie
  • Will teach proprietory software applications usage
  • Computer workstations, tech support, Support hardware, printers, desktops, touch screens
  • Some windows based imaging (for LCM) expected
  • Confident, self starter, can work alone on second shift
  • Mobile, 25Lbs weight lifting ability (day to day) Pharmacy / warehouse/office support
  • 60-70% warehouse pharmacy area calls, rest office calls (5 mins away)
  • Not looking at very senior people but candidates interested in manual work heads down work
  • Movers will move the equipment from one building to another, her team will assist with set up after the move. No overtime expected (probably adjust shifts but no extra hours)

Tech Skills Must Have s:

  • 2 years of experience in Asset management
