Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs, planners, and tool-use frameworks
- Develop autonomous workflows involving reasoning, memory, and decision-making
- Integrate AI agents with internal systems, APIs, and external services
- Implement feedback loops, monitoring, and guardrails for safe agent behavior
- Optimize agent performance for reliability, latency, and cost
- Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to productionize AI agents
- Document architectures, workflows, and best practices
- Strong programming experience in Python (or similar languages)
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs)
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration, or workflow engines
- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool calling
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Solid problem-solving and system design skills
