Top Requirements
Strong experience supporting PC/Windows and Apple Macs windows 10/11
Comfortable with a ticketing application, managing a queue of day-to-day tickets & troubleshooting (ideally Jira, ServiceNow)
New hire setups, computer moves/migrations, etc.
Supporting desktops and laptops
Strong customer service experience
Energetic, hands on, quick learner and be able to handle the distribution center environment.
