About this Role:

• Client is seeking a senior business execution consultant (technology lead) to join the translation services team within the client translation localization technology - a skillset not currently held by others on the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day technical support for translation/localization applications and tools.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, filters and scripts.
• Support production validation and User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Technology, Model Risk and Product owners)
• Manage integration, migration and enhancement activities.
• Support business continuity planning and records management.
• Ensure efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness of translation solutions.
• Manage access requests and certifications for line of business owned applications.
• Conduct research and analysis on business and operational initiatives.
• Lead and support risk mitigation, efficiency and customer experience initiatives.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualification:

• 2 plus years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting or business operations.
• 4 plus years of experience in the translation/localization industry.
• Hands-on experience with translation management systems (e.g. SDL, TMS, WorldServer)
• Proficiency with translation and terminology tools (e.g. Trados Studio, SDLX, MultiTerm)
• Familiarity with computer assisted translation (CAT) tools and terminology management.
• Experience using online linguistic recourses (Dictionaries, Glossaries etc.)

Desired Qualification:

• Excellent Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong presentation project management abilities.

Pay Range: $45 - $50 on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
