POSITION DESCRIPTION:
AGG is seeking an SAP FICO Architect with S/4 HANA for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions within an S/4HANA environment. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems, and providing expertise on SAP FICO best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Design and Architecture: Developing comprehensive solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications for SAP FICO modules within S/4HANA.
Integration: Overseeing the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process efficiency.
Configuration and Customization: Configuring and customizing the SAP FICO system, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, and Project Systems.
Business Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving business processes related to finance and controlling, leveraging SAP FICO functionalities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Guidance: Guiding functional teams during SAP S/4HANA implementations, including brownfield and greenfield projects.
Technical Expertise: Providing in-depth expertise in SAP FICO modules, including knowledge of S/4HANA functionalities and best practices.
Testing and Support: Developing test scripts, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support for the SAP FICO system.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of the SAP FICO solution, including functional specifications, configuration settings, and user guides.
Change Management: Guiding users through changes to the SAP FICO system, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest SAP FICO developments, including new functionalities and best practices within S/4HANA.
EXPERIENCE:
Deep knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CCA, Project Systems) and their integration points with other SAP modules
Hands-on experience and knowledge in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, including brownfield and greenfield projects
Strong understanding of business processes related to finance and controlling
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization
Experience with SAP testing methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with project management methodologies
LOCATION REMOTE US-Physical Resident, US-Authorized Required
