Job Description, Responsibilities, Standards and Qualifications: The Court Tools & CMS Support Analyst provides vital technical support and training for various court systems and tools supported by our team, including the Probate Case Management System, Georgia Courts Registrar, and services provided to Superior Court Judges. This role also assists, as time allows, with the Statewide Case Management System. The ideal candidate brings experience in judicial or court-related environments and is skilled in both user support and software troubleshooting. JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver first-tier support for AOC IT-supported court tools and case management systems, including PCIS, Georgia Courts Registrar and judges' court tools across the state. Assist in support efforts for the Statewide Case Management System when needed. Serve as a resource for Superior Court Judges and their staff, offering technical support and guidance related to court tools and systems. Assist in preparing and delivering training at conferences and events and support post training implementation and support as necessary. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clerks, court staff, and affiliated agencies. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff, vendors, or developers, and assist in identifying resolution paths. Document procedures, create user guides, and maintain support documentation for court tool installations and updates. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes collaboration, service quality, and client satisfaction. Stay informed of developments in relevant technologies and court systems to ensure optimal performance and informed support delivery.

Entry Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience OR Associate degree in a related field and three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience OR One year at the lower level or position equivalent (ITP040). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in or with courts, particularly probate courts or judicial supportenvironments Proficiency in troubleshooting both software and basic hardware issues Knowledge of local and statewide case management systems and court-related tools Ability to provide both remote and on-site technical support Familiarity with IT security standards and policies Experience conducting training and preparing instructional materials Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service Capacity to manage multiple systems and prioritize support needs effectively
