The successful candidate will be integral in driving customer success by aligning products and technologies with business outcomes and enhancing network integrations. Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer-facing technical leader, supporting engineering, implementation, and production support efforts that are outcome-oriented.
- Provide high-level technical expertise and escalation support, resolving complex technical issues in enterprise wireless LAN and networking solutions.
- Lead technical engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, ensuring the successful adoption of technologies and products.
- Advocate for and implement new routing and switching technologies, ensuring they align with customer success and validated designs.
- Execute proof of concept and value engineering work for enterprise networking products and technologies.
- Develop and disseminate technical collateral, documentation, and conduct knowledge transfers as required to support customer and team understanding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing service delivery engineering roles, with at least 5 years focused on designing and supporting wireless networking.
- Proven expertise in enterprise wireless LAN and enterprise networking platforms,
- Strong familiarity with wireless security
- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale technical projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a clear ability to analyze, isolate, and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience working in global systemically important banks (G-SIBs) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholder.
Pay Range: $80.00 - $82.00 Hourly
