Job Role: CRM Specialist Developer
Hire-Type: Contract
Location: : Greenville, SC (3 Days On-Site)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Specialist Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, configuring, and customizing CRM workflows, backend plugins, and front-end enhancements. They will also demonstrate proficiency in scripting, programming, and collaborating with lead CRM strategists to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Customization:
-Design, develop, and implement custom plugins and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using C# and JavaScript.
-Customize and configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.
-Create and maintain seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
Optimization and Support:
-Enhance system performance through optimized coding practices and efficient query design.
-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 functionality.
-Continuously monitor, refine, and improve CRM system workflows and plugins.
Collaboration and Strategy:
-Work closely with the lead CRM strategist to align technical solutions with business goals.
-Provide insights and recommendations for CRM best practices and system enhancements.
Version Control and Documentation:
-Utilize GitHub for version control, ensuring collaborative and efficient development.
-Maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, workflows, and plugins.
