V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an AI Software Engineer for our premier client in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Education and Experience »
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Must Have:
- 1+ year(s) of Gen AI related development.
- Amazon Bedrock.
- Engineering experience with agentic AI and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
Nice To Have:
- Experience bringing AI capabilities from proof of concept to enterprise deployable.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
- Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architecture.
