RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Adoption Coordinator in Philadelphia, PA.

Duties:
* AI Adoption Coordinator will manage internal communications to highlight AI initiatives and updates
* Share knowledge and best practices for AI adoption across departments
* Build and support communities of practice around AI and emerging technologies
* Track and report on AI usage, adoption metrics, and organizational impact
* As an AI Adoption Coordinator, you will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement
* Support change management efforts to strengthen engagement and understanding of AI
* Organize training, workshops, and events to advance AI literacy and advocacy

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, IT, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in internal communications, digital transformation, or technology advocacy
* Solid understanding of AI concepts and their business applications
* Strong writing and communication skills with experience creating content
* Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or Slack
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data and generate actionable insights
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage diverse stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
