Job Description:
- 7+ years of experience in PL/SQL.
- Overall 8-10+ years Exp
- We are seeking a skilled PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle database applications.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PL/SQL programming, database performance tuning, and working with large datasets in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
- Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to understand data requirements.
- Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to database design decisions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
- Support production systems and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PL/SQL development.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database and PL/SQL programming.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux shell scripting and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques and database optimization.
- Exposure to data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with other programming languages like Java or Python is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
MUST HAVE:
