Job Title: IT Technology Integrator
Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46225
Pay rate:$69/hr
Position Overview
This role supports Foundry Learning & Development by leading automation, data strategy, and dashboard development to improve learning operations and demonstrate business impact. The position partners with L&D, IT, and business stakeholders to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L&D automation initiatives using Power Automate and SharePoint
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and learning metrics
- Define and report on learning effectiveness and business impact
- Optimize knowledge management and L&D SharePoint sites
- Manage L&D projects using Smartsheet or similar tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and coach teams on automation and data solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a related technology or learning field
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and DAX
- Project management experience (Smartsheet preferred)
- Experience with learning systems and knowledge management tools
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Master s degree or HPI certification
- Global or regulated environment experience
- Instructional Design experience
- Familiarity with AI, automation tools, and learning technologies
