Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to provide exceptional technical support to our team in East Lansing, Michigan. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring seamless user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced IT environment and enjoys working collaboratively to address technical challenges.

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Configure and maintain devices, including Mac computers, Android devices, and related technologies.
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory to support organizational needs.
Deploy and update software applications and system configurations as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Assist in maintaining telecommunication systems and ensuring reliable ISP connectivity.
Document technical incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to enhance team knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT solutions.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Requirements

Proficiency in Cisco and Citrix technologies, with hands-on experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, including Active Directory.
Demonstrated expertise in device configuration and management, including Mac and Android systems.
Experience with software deployments and configuration management tools.
Familiarity with telecommunication systems and ISP troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic IT environment.
