Description

We are in search of a proactive and experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our Real Estate Property/Facilities Management team in JENKINTOWN, Pennsylvania, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for managing various projects, overseeing software selection and vendor management, leading project teams, and ensuring the quality of software implementations.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans and artifacts, taking into consideration scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations

Evaluate and select software solutions that align with project requirements, organizational objectives, and security requirements

Conduct assessments of potential software vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships throughout the implementation process

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, delegating tasks and responsibilities effectively

Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate disruptions and keep projects on track

Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues

Ensure software implementations meet quality standards, conducting thorough testing and validation to verify functionality and performance

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, implementing change control processes to minimize project delays

Maintain accurate project documentation and generate regular reports on project progress, budget utilization, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

Must have a proven track record in Real Estate Property/Facilities Management.
Requires proficiency in project management tools such as Yardi Voyager, Entrata, and RealPage.
Demonstrated experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall Agile methodologies is a must.
Must hold a valid PMP Certification.
Previous experience in a senior consultant role within the real estate industry is essential.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary for managing teams and projects efficiently.
A deep understanding of property management systems and their application in a business context.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within agreed timelines.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices is needed.
Ability to travel as required for project needs and business meetings.
Must have a high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
