Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently seeking a Senior IT Analyst with strong Business Analyst experience to join our team. In this key role, you'll lead critical initiatives, mentor other analysts, and collaborate with stakeholders to design effective solutions that support both current operations and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Mentor and support junior business analysts, contributing to their professional development
* Lead complex, high-impact projects from planning through execution
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while resolving challenges quickly
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business goals
* Conduct detailed analysis of user needs to shape system and process improvements
* Apply proven business analysis methodologies to design scalable, high-performing solutions
* Document functional and system requirements with clarity and precision
* Engage business stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and validate deliverables
* Identify and recommend tools or services to enhance business efficiency and scalability
* Ensure timely, high-quality execution of all assigned initiatives

Secondary Duties:
* Uphold Kforce's commitment to ethical conduct, financial responsibility, and client satisfaction
* Serve as a resource for others by sharing knowledge and aligning systems with company strategy
* Recommend improvements that streamline operations and ensure compliance with internal policies
* Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency initiatives while supporting company growth
* Manage relationships with vendors related to your areas of responsibility
* Evaluate and improve business processes based on data insights and stakeholder feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Higher education is a plus
* Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or PMP are preferred
* 5-8 years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or related role
* Exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
* Highly motivated, accountable, and capable of navigating changing business needs
* Organized and analytical with the ability to design and improve processes
* Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and experience in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) environments
* Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting demands

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
