Title - Technical Analyst

Location - Washington, DC

Job Description -
Serve as technical expert in the subject area. Develop, review or analyze research and documentation in accordance with the BPA statement of work. Individuals in this category possess specialized technical knowledge and skills that can assist the Program Manager in solving complex issues.
 
BPA statement of work
  • Consolidated Financial Reporting and Audit
  • Department and operating component internal control efforts including improper payments and fraud mitigation
  • Department and operating component efforts related to Enterprise
  • Risk Management, including providing assistance with Department-wide guidance, training, riskprofiles, risk assessments, risk appetite / tolerance, other analyses and recommendations related to these efforts.
  • Production of annual accountability reports, including developing and managing a project plan for the production of the document, developing report design,
  • Support financial management and systems policy functions, including
  • Assisting with research, development, and publication of policies, monitoring policyimplementation and compliance, and assisting with training and guidance to operatingcomponents.
  • Managerial reporting, including support to analyze reporting requirements, design reports to address Department-wide, operating components, and program reporting requirements, validate reports against expected results
