Position: Cassandra DBA with python
Location: Concord, CA (Need Local to 40 Miles Only)
Type : Contract
Required Skill:
- Hands-on with Apache Cassandra.
- Concept of Data Modelling
- Cassandra's Architectural skills.
- Cassandra Schema and Table design skills.
- Hands-on Cassandra Query Language.
- Deployment, Setup, and Support of Production, Non-Production Cassandra clusters.
- Working knowledge of the infrastructure details and capacity planning for the Cassandra cluster.
- Indexing and Search technologies
- Good knowledge of Python development.
- Familiarity with the practical application of NoSQL\NewSQL databases
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate strategy
- Ability to write clean, well-documented code that follows good coding practice
Role And Responsibility:
- Development of high-quality database solutions
- Designing the tables, indexes, views, etc.
- Provide the solution to retrieve the data.
- Manage the Cassandra Clusters and Data Distribution on Different Nodes.
- Creating the functions in Java or any other Cassandra-supported language.
- Working with cross-team to analyse and understand the requirement.
- Minimum Exp 10+ Years
