Job Title: Chatbot Developer

Location: Atlanta GA(Must be local candidate, who can go for in-person interview)

The agentic AI platform is a SaaS and is hosted externally. For the response generation, the platform is using Claude Sonnet 3.5 which works best for the chatbot use case.

Here are a few bullet points to consider:

1. Recent experience with Agentic AI products
2. Experience with Claude and comparable models
3. Good with libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch
4. Experience with AWS resource like Lambda, Step function, Lex Gen AI V2, dynamo db, App sync, API gateway
5. Good command over Python language

AWS lex is plus. Please get me some strong AI Developer with Chatbot and prompt testing exp. Must be having good python coding exp.

Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and deploy chatbot applications using AWS Lex.
• Design, test, and develop efficient and effective software with an emphasis on AWS architecture components
• Implement clean coding practices, test scripts, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines with Java/Python/Node.js.
• Experience in development and testing (BDD, TDD, Automation, Agile, and DevOps).
• Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, DevOps, Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub, or related technologies.
• Experience with AWS serverless application design, development, and support including Dynamo, Event Bridge, S3, Lambda Layers, SQS/SNS, and Step Functions.

• AWS Certification is a plus.
• Developed machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Experience with R, and knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or Porch.
• Experience building computer software within the airline industry is a plus.

Must Have: AWS Lex/Python/Lambda/SQS/SNS/Event bridge. Chatbot experience can be helpful.

Detailed JD: Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to: Analyze the business problem and understand potential value Design, build, and deploy chatbot applications using AWS Lex. Create conversation flows and decision trees to ensure efficient, user-centric chatbot dialogues. Design, test and develop efficient and effective software with an emphasis on AWS architecture components Implement clean coding practices, test scripts, and infrastructure-as-code pipelines with Java/Python/Node.js Recommend process and coding improvements. Ensure continued functionality of a program during maintenance and testing of software Create diagrams, videos, and documents to communicate coding and design details. Document each aspect of a system or application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is required, while practical application is highly preferred. Experience with software architectural patterns including AWS components. Experience in development and testing (BDD, TDD, Automation, Agile, and DevOps). Experience with Containers, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, Devops, Jenkins, Nexus, Github, or related technologies. Communicate effectively and frequently with team, business partners, and leaders.
