We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support payroll operations and system integrations within SAP Success Factors. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between Success Factors and other internal/external systems, maintaining payroll accuracy, and supporting ongoing configuration and enhancement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP Success Factors, particularly Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and experience with integration tools and middleware.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for SAP Success Factors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration, and testing.
* Review, modify, and update existing SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll configurations.
* Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models.
* Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments.
* Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes.
* Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system.
* Manage and maintain integrations between Success Factors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits).
* Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar).
* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
* Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows.
* Support audit and compliance activities related to payroll and data exchange.m
