JOB DESCRIPTION
Pay Range: $60 - $90/hr W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.

- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and all phases of it

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Infor WFM functional architect/configurator
- Candidate will be responsible for Infor Workforce Management configuration and architecture, assisting in requirements gathering, solution approaches, and design.
- They must possess an expert understanding of Infor WFM, both foundational items (security, team hierarchy, custom data fields, etc) and configuration platform.
- They must be able to work in a team environment that leverages Agile methodology and be familiar with sprints, program increments, iteration planning, and PI planning as they will be responsible for assisting the Product Owner and Scrum Master in planning future iterations and program increments.
- Candidate must possess the ability to design solutions, many complex in nature, to meet requirements and desired results.
- They must understand interoperability between Infor and Workday and be able to effectively solve problems.
- They must be able to communicate upward often providing detailed root cause analysis when problems surface.
- They must be able to work in a team environment and be able to handle ambiguity and drive to desired outcomes.
- Candidate will be a remote worker and must exhibit a self-starting/self-directing demeanor.
