Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a QA leadership or delivery oversight role
- Strong experience leading multi-team QA efforts across enterprise systems
- Background in manual test leadership, with ability to guide teams on consistent execution
- Experience supporting onshore/offshore test teams in a coordinated model
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience working across QA sprints, releases, and production support workflows
- Familiarity with automation workflows and how to align manual QA to automation strategy
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and process enforcement skills
- Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Selenium (working knowledge)
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in HRIS, payroll, benefits, or enterprise employee-facing systems
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM platforms
- Familiarity with QA in PEO or HR-focused software environments
