Job Details
A Sr. Project Engineer job in Mishawaka, Indiana is available courtesy of Akkodis. This position is responsible for overseeing all mold design activities and designing new molds built internally as well as preparing purchase requisitions. You will also be responsible for managing each mold project from design to production release. Design and development of fixtures, assembly machines and injection molded part concepts also required.
Pay: $90,000 - $95,000
Sr. Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Supervise activities of mold design group ensuring timely completion of designs
Perform performance appraisals and corrective actions
Design molds and provide fully detailed drawings and geometry to assist mold makers
Participate in tooling build reviews to determine mold build expectations and generate internal tooling quote
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Or years of experience will be considered
5+ years of product development leadership experience or 10+ years of engineering experience
Injection Molding part design required
3D CAD (AutoDesk preferred)
