About the Role:
- The Product Marketing team is a critical link between our products and the market, responsible for crafting the strategies and narratives that drive awareness and adoption of client s solutions.
- We are seeking a person to join our Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a background in healthcare software sales enablement, who excels at translating technical content to high-quality marketing collateral. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a healthcare data organization and analytics platform or a broad-use data and analytics platform with a healthcare vertical. They have insight into and have created content for core audiences, such as Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Product Officers (CPOs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), Clinical Informatics, and more.
- This individual s primary responsibility will be to create high-priority, tailored marketing materials across our platform products, including Client s Workbench. They will collaborate with product marketers, sales teams, product managers and engineering to synthesize information about client s technology into clear materials that resonate with our key audiences and personas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly design and develop high-quality marketing materials (like one-pagers, demos, case studies, instructional materials).
- Bridge the gap between technology and marketing, focusing on creating and communicating technical content to promote client s solutions to target buyers (including CIOs, CPOs, Clinical Informatics).
- Synthesize complex information about client s technical solutions and data assets into concise narratives for a B2B audience.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, solution architects and product management and engineering teams to understand client needs, gather inputs, and ensure materials are accurate, impactful, and aligned with the go-to-market strategy
- Ensure all materials are consistent with client s brand and product messaging, adapting content for target audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales enablement, product marketing, technical consulting or a related role for healthcare or life sciences software.
- Deep understanding of data platforms for health research especially with multi-tenancy architecture.
- Demonstrated experience creating technology-focused marketing content.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of visual design.
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
