Job Summary
The Lead Analyst Power Apps and Power Automate will play a pivotal role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization. As the lead technical expert within the Business Integrated Solutions Division, this role is responsible for both hands-on solution development (70%) and leadership responsibilities (30%), guiding a team of analysts and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, scalable automation tools that streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Development and Support (70%)
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps solutions to enhance business workflows and productivity.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating them with core business operations.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting issues and resolving support tickets related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and development of tier 1 and tier 2 applications, utilizing premium connectors where needed.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security compliance in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize and report on automation performance and outcomes.
Leadership and Team Supervision (30%)
  • Serve as the Lead Analyst, offering guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to a team of Power Platform analysts.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for low-code/no-code development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and conduct knowledge transfer to improve team proficiency in Power Platform tools.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and performance insights to senior leadership and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Power Platform development, or enterprise automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, including deployment at scale.
  • Experience managing, maintaining, and enhancing low-code/no-code applications in a complex IT environment.

Technical Skills
  • Advanced skills in:
    • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Dataverse)
    • Power Automate (Cloud flows, Premium connectors)
    • Power BI dashboard creation and data modeling
    • Azure services and Power Platform integration
  • Proficient in application performance tuning and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with APM tools for monitoring Power Platform applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies strongly preferred.
