Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite Only)
Bill Rate: $68/hr

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and General Ledger (GL) for an onsite role in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically FAH (must-have) and GL modules, with a strong background in end-to-end implementations, functional configurations, and financial integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials with specific focus on FAH and GL
Work with FAH interfaces and GL tables for data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and configure GL/FAH modules
Conduct functional testing, validation, and support for enhancements or system changes
Write and validate functional specifications for integration and reporting requirements
Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion Embedded Reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher (nice to have)
Contribute to solution design, gap analysis, and end-user documentation
Support go-live activities, user training, and hypercare

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) MANDATORY
Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL) processes and configuration
Experience with FAH & GL interfaces and Fusion configuration tools
2 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations
Strong knowledge of accounting flows, journal entries, and data integration
Familiarity with FAH & GL database tables and structures
Good communication and client-facing skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

PL/SQL knowledge for validations and reports
Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or FBDI templates
Exposure to cloud financial architecture and data migration best practices
Finance/accounting certifications (CA, ACA, or equivalent)
Prior experience working in a fast-paced consulting or client-facing environment

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Accounting qualification (CA/ACA preferred)
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification is a plus
