Job Summary:
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead Cybersecurity Architect in Cyber Security and Tech Controls line of business at JPMorgan chase, you will be a key technical contributor responsible for developing and implementing high-quality IAM solutions that support our organization's cybersecurity strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IAM systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices. Your role will involve designing, automating, and optimizing IAM processes to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Job responsibilities
- Engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to propose, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that meet current and future security needs.
- Design and develop enterprise-level IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Lead the integration of IAM solutions with existing systems, ensuring compatibility and compliance with security standards.
- Identify opportunities to automate IAM processes, reducing manual intervention and improving overall system efficiency.
- Participate in evaluation sessions with external vendors to assess IAM technologies and their applicability within our existing architecture.
- Drive awareness and adoption of new IAM technologies and best practices through communities of practice and continuous learning.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO27001 and PCI DSS.
- Provide support for IAM-related incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation plans to enhance system resilience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on cybersecurity architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level IAM solutions and controls.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Linux shell scripting.
- Advanced understanding of IAM concepts, including identity governance, authentication, and authorization.
- Extensive experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, IGA and PAM systems, and AWS IAM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in authentication and authorization standards, including SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Sailpoint identity now and Delinea secret server.
- CISSP certification
