Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Performance Specialist in Pearland, Texas. The role primarily revolves around the execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, demanding a blend of data-driven decision-making, campaign strategy, and collaboration with marketing and business line teams to deliver tangible results and enhance performance and cost per conversion metrics.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and business line teams to implement and optimize marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing campaigns and strategies across various channels to ensure maximum performance.
Use data-driven decision making to improve campaign strategies and deliver measurable results.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate customer credit records.
Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
Plan and manage projects, ensuring timely implementation and execution.
Create and maintain reporting dashboards, using tools like Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Develop and optimize pivot tables and other data manipulation tools to improve campaign planning and execution.
Regularly update KPI reporting protocols to accurately monitor campaign performance.
Utilize digital communication skills to enhance collaboration and overall campaign performance.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table and data manipulation functions
Strong background in Marketing and Analytics
Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Implementation
Familiarity with Digital marketing strategies and techniques
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability in Optimization and Data Analysis
Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting (Collaboration)
Knowledge of CRM systems and KPI Reporting protocols
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
Experience in creating and managing Reporting Dashboards
MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field
Ability to derive Insights from data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of Data Manipulation Language (DML)
Experience in managing Multi-Channel marketing campaigns
