Description

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Director to lead and refine our programmatic advertising strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Based in Pearl River, New York, this role is pivotal in driving digital media initiatives, mentoring team members, and identifying growth opportunities to enhance account performance and profitability. Responsibilities:
Develop and refine programmatic strategies to align with overall company objectives and digital media initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of programmatic specialists and supervisors, fostering growth and collaboration.
Analyze market data and evaluate technology providers to identify programmatic advertising opportunities.
Manage relationships with technology providers, publishers, and agency partners, including negotiating contracts.
Identify strategic growth opportunities for accounts to improve performance and profitability.
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategies that enhance organizational goals.
Provide thought leadership in company meetings, educating stakeholders on programmatic trends and best practices.
Implement process improvements and workflow enhancements to optimize team performance and deliverables.
Drive innovation in programmatic advertising by exploring new mediums and partnerships.

Requirements

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising within a media agency environment.
At least 2+ years of experience managing teams of three or more members.
Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and coach team members to achieve their potential.
Strong expertise in account and campaign management across various channels, including video, display, native, streaming audio, and retail.
Excellent project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Subject matter expertise in programmatic tactics and strategies.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present media recommendations effectively.
