Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Moderator to support an on-site data collection project in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves interacting with study participants, guiding them through data collection processes, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of collected data. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in tech-enabled research and data collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and brief study participants upon arrival

  • Moderate data collection sessions

  • Collect consent forms, NDAs, and participant information

  • Maintain and update demographic and payment trackers

  • Manage and maintain data collection devices (phones, watches, laptops, etc.)

  • Ensure data is properly stored and uploaded

  • Perform additional support duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be local to Las Vegas, NV

  • Willing to work overtime, nights, or weekends as required

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various local sites

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and structured workflows

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • General familiarity with online communication tools
