Job Details
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in project management, IT, healthcare, business, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience leading or supporting projects, preferably in an IT or healthcare environment.
- Foundational or intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) with a desire to deepen expertise.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management and productivity tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Must reside in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan area and be available for on-site work as needed.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support planning, execution, and closure of IT projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, clinical, and administrative) to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Apply project management methodologies to define scope, manage timelines, monitor risks, and track progress.
- Maintain accurate project documentation per PMO standards.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
- Support change management activities and help ensure the adoption and realization of project benefits.
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues to leadership.
- Document and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
