Overview:

We are seeking a .Net Developer who will support our client in modernizing and maintaining mission-critical applications for a New York State (NYS) project. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-performing .Net solutions. Prior experience with NYS systems and local availability are required.

Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .Net applications using C#, ASP.Net, and related technologies.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams for seamless integration and testing.

  • Document software designs and solutions.

  • Resolve application issues and provide support during development lifecycl

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on .Net development experience.

  • Experience working on NYS projects.

  • Strong skills in C#, ASP.Net, and SQL Server.

  • Experience with .Net Core and web APIs.

  • Based in Albany, NY or surrounding areas, and able to work 50% onsite.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
