RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager II in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager II will partner with the SEO team to manage the end-to-end execution of SEO projects and initiatives. You will own the prioritization and execution of the SEO roadmap, which includes technical SEO, content, and link optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will lead projects by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and program managers, identifying solutions and removing barriers to completion; You will also provide channel strategy support for various company platforms, including the website, mobile app, and support experiences
* Product & Customer Focus: You will partner with product management and development leads to create and maintain an SEO product roadmap that delivers on customer and business goals; You will act as the customer expert for development teams, guiding them on new features and capabilities
* Reporting & Operations: You will track planning and release progress, providing detailed status reports on Tech SEO initiatives; You will create and maintain operational documents and daily processes, including JIRA and Smartsheet management; You are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, using strong communication to manage expectations and timelines
REQUIREMENTS:
* SEO & Project Management Expertise: You have 4-5+ years of SEO experience and strong project management skills. You possess deep knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, content marketing, and link optimization; You're also familiar with SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Search Console
* Technical Acumen: You have experience working with development teams and content creators, including knowledge of platforms, migrations and other technically detailed projects
* Leadership & Communication: You can lead complex projects across diverse stakeholder groups; You excel at prioritizing, making trade-offs, and managing projects from start to finish; Your strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to effectively engage with senior leaders, product managers, and channel managers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
