Digital Client Operations Specialist - Full-Time
Location: Lake Charles, LA (On-site, not contract)

What You ll Be Doing:

Support daily operations and ensure clean, consistent data across multiple platforms

Use digital tools and cloud-based systems to streamline LNG plant processes and optimize production workflows

Help the team forecast equipment issues before they happen (hello, predictive analytics!)

Integrate tech like IoT, AI, and big data into core operational processes

Analyze large, complex datasets to spot trends, optimize performance, and drive smarter decisions

Assist in developing integrations between systems and support Business Systems analysis

Own reporting from system setup to dashboard delivery using SQL, Excel, Access, and other tools

Collaborate with vendors, developers, and stakeholders to improve functionality, scalability, and outcomes

Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Deliver insights across multiple business levels, ensuring leadership has actionable, trusted data
What You Bring to the Table:
Required Experience:
-
3-5 years supporting IT or business systems in a reporting, data, or operational role
-
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and working with complex relational datasets
-
Proven experience interpreting data, generating reports, and delivering results at multiple organizational levels

Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments admin support, user requests, system integration

Familiarity with Oil & Gas systems and digital operations environments

Confidence juggling multiple projects, shifting priorities, and cross-functional communication
-
Ability to partner with internal teams and external vendors and make it look easy

Strong communication skills you can translate tech talk for the business side (and vice versa!)

A collaborative mindset and the emotional intelligence to work well in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams (this is essential)
Preferred Extras:

Experience with cloud environments, hosted services, or hybrid infrastructures

Exposure to data historian software, CMMS, 3D modeling tools, or document control/change management systems

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
