Position: SWIFT Payments Infrastructure Support

Location: Plano, TX, US //Reston, VA, US (Hybrid)- Remote too

Must-haves

  • -2 years of experience in engineering Linux and Unix Systems -Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment -Experience in other middleware / messaging products such as IBM MQ, SQS/SNS

  • Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.

  • Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.

  • Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

  • Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.

Skills

  • Skilled in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect)

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies

  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action

  • Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages

Tools

  • Skilled in SWIFT products and services

  • Skilled in using UNIX

  • Skilled in SQL

  • Skilled in Excel

  • Experience using APIs for developing or programming software

  • Skilled in XML

  • Skilled in using REST API

  • Experience in Python object-oriented programming

  • Experience using JIRA
