Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day project management support for IT initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including status reports, schedules, plans, meeting minutes, and risk/issue logs.
  • Plan and manage activities and resources.
  • Analyze project risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project processes and deliverables for compliance and progress
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support decision-making.
  • Track specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Support ongoing agency processes and operations as needed.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to meet workload demands and enhance efficiency.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 10+ years of experience managing IT projects.
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise content management and enterprise capture solutions.
Should Have:
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems and workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience administering and managing large projects.
  • Experience managing task orders and supporting invoicing processes.
  • Understanding of cost allocation and line-of-service costing.
  • Experience supporting state-level IT initiatives (preferred).
  • Familiarity with agency-specific workflows and policies (preferred).
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT project management or related field.
