Job Summary

  • The Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth technical systems consultation to internal business clients and senior technical management to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture.
  • The Systems Analyst will have experience conducting complex technology and system assessments.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure design to support high volume, multi-tier applications.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Recent and demonstrated ability to influence management on technical or business solutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers.
  • Working knowledge/experience with on-premises and Public Cloud technologies, such as ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems.
  • Experience in leading/facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution.
  • Ability to lead/facilitate technically complex discussions and working sessions in person or via teleconference.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps concepts and SRE principles.
  • Working knowledge of JSON, SQL and YAML.
  • Experience with RESTful API design characteristics.
  • Experience in leading large-scale Digital transformation.
  • Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories.
