***Only qualified User Interface (UI)-User Experience (UX) Designer candidates located near the Austin, TX area to be considered due to the position requiring a potential onsite presence***
Minimum Requirements:
4 years hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
4 years demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.
4 years experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
4 years experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.
Preferred Experience:
5 years experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.
3 years demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
3 years Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
3 years strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work efforts.
Summary:
Lead the integration of the credentialing application used by MCOs/DMOs into the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS).
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and governance committees to ensure successful delivery.
Support Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing modernization efforts.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with PEMS sprint teams and Provider Services unit.
Develop and maintain integrated project timelines aligned with PEMS milestones.
Track tasks, schedules, and status updates; disseminate project information.
Report on critical path dependencies and integration points.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Facilitate efficient project meetings and document key decisions.
Design strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure quality deliverables.
Lead and oversee project staff to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders including technical teams and vendors.
Prepare reports and documentation for governance committees and leadership.
