RF Material Coordinator
Location: Remote (cannot do PST)
Duration: 1 Year
Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented RF Material Coordinator to support T-Mobile network deployment projects.
  • This contract role involves managing RF material orders and ensuring alignment between RF design specifications and final construction drawings.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom infrastructure and RF design.
  • This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities effectively.
Callouts:
  • This role is remote 8 am - 4 pm (No candidates in PST)
Responsibilities
  • Submit and manage T-Mobile RF material orders in accordance with project requirements.
  • Review T-Mobile RF Design documents and compare them with the latest RF Design Standards and Final Construction Drawings.
  • Identify and coordinate revisions with T-Mobile RF and Construction Teams to resolve discrepancies between design and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with RF engineers, construction managers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
  • Continuously learn and apply new industry RF design standards.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the telecom industry preferred.
  • Prior experience with RF design strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with T-Mobile systems and material ordering processes is highly desirable.
  • Must be highly proficient in using diverse computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Suite and project management platforms.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a capability to work both independently and with others to solve problems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and project management.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on data insights.
