RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking an ADO Project Manager. This role is Fully Remote Work - CST Work Hours.
Objectives:
* Guide projects from initiation to deployment, including schedule, scope, budget, and implementation plans, with an emphasis on risk mitigation
* Prioritize and manage both internal and external resources, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
* Continuously assess project status and adjust scope, schedule, budget, or priorities as needed to meet project requirements
* Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, provide updates on project status and changes, and engage in project brainstorming
Responsibilities:
* ADO Project Manager will establish processes for managing project scope, set quality/performance standards, and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle
* Develop and maintain relationships with end users across various business units, understanding and effectively communicating needs and expectations
* Assign and monitor project resources to ensure efficiency and maximize deliverables
* As an ADO Project Manager, you will report on project outcomes/risk to management and escalate issues while following an Agile development process and incorporating continuous improvement
* Develop and manage a system for project communication, facilitating effective collaboration with data scientists and engineers to deliver project results
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum four years of experience in project management
* Experience in developing data solutions and products
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps for resource management
* Top Skills: PM, ADO, Google Analytics
* Strong written and verbal skills
* Strong focus on deadlines and resource management
* Proven success in working with various management levels
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
* Experience in developing systems for internal processes
* Experience in coaching team members
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
