What You Will Be Doing:

This position is for a Depot Operations Resource Planner, responsible for Support Functions for Mod-related activities within the United States and Internationally.

Working in the F-35 Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair (MUO) Team within F-35 Global Sustainment and will specifically be responsible for working Supportability and Resource Planning tasks. The successful applicant will report to the Depot Execution Support Manager.

The applicant will be expected to respond to customer and field-level resource inquiries and consistently interface with internal and external customers. The applicant will be required to convey to leadership project status / needs / risks for various MUO related activities and processes. The applicant will review Program Planning Package Documents and Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs) and provide support to various stakeholders as required.

The applicant must have a very high level of detail for data mining to process technical data requirements using Product Data Manager (PDM) and all JSF Data Libraries to support aircraft modifications in the field. Applicant will also be responsible for coordination and data collection for monthly Hot Wash from the AMMM (C-130, P-3), F-16, F-22, F-35 & U-2 aircraft communities and facilitate monthly presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.

The applicant may, from time to time, represent the International Depot and Field Ops Teams, and must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with numerous international customers. The successful applicant may also be required to coordinate with other stakeholders inside and outside of MUO to resolve technical and support problems that sometimes occur in the Mod environment.

This position may also have assignments related to other processes which would require reviews of, program instructions, execution guides and procedures to level set fleet mod performance for the CONUS and OCONUS depots.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, be very patient, highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, and produce superior work products under short deadlines. This assignment requires a pro-active attitude and the ability to produce in a high-profile / fast-paced work environment.

This position requires a secret clearance and will require special access to certain work areas. An interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business or Engineering discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Experienced with standard office software tools / solutions e.g., especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Government, Defense, or Private Industry Experience
Experience building and maintaining relationships, collaborating with others, engaging in constructive conflict, and managing interpersonal dynamics
Patience and a Self-starting mindset

Desired skills

Product Data Management (PDM) experience
Joint Defense Library (JDL) experience
Experience tracking, pulling, and managing data for reports (data mining)
CAM / Basic financial and business acumen
Strong decision making, judgment, and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge or greater of F-35 aircraft

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
